umm bro ive had this on every supra ive owened....change the thermostat...and flush the coolant again on a hilll with the front end being higher.....let the heater blow on HIGH....and keep pouring water into the radiotor....i just used my hose...

mk3fury...i know what ur talkin about..i broke my vaccum hoses that go to it too...cuz all it is a peace of plastic.....this happens to every body....ive looked under a million mkiii's and all of them had this peice proken off and the hose was just hanging round..nothing to reely worry bout but...

i recently got my 88 turbo/auto....and some times when i drive it and then park it....smoke or VAPOR/steam will come out from the left side of the spark plug cover....right behind the water outlet of the thermostat....does any one now what this is????? its doesnt seam like a BHG really.....but...

i just got my 88 MKIII turbo AUTO...i drove it on the freeway(approx 5miles) from where i bought it and it ran fine when i toook my exit and slowed down..the temperature started to rise....i pulled over and noticed the fan closer to the engine wasnt moving at all and its a custom ELECTRIC fan...
