Just play with the lines and angles is the only thing I can say and try to keep things interesting, doing things you don't see much...although your pictures IMO are great.
Well here is my update...
I can't find anything wrong with the engine...
Have driven it around for over an hour...close to 2 hours with it showing NO signs of over-heating.
Tonight it went out on the high way...got up to around 85. Also was on the highway for probably 5-10...
That is the exact reason I didn't buy that car...fcking ripping through the engine would of been a complete b1tch. lol.
I will keep reading though...hope to see it runing in the next month or so.
Your welcome man. So lucky that car has that interior though or I probably would of picked it up.:icon_bigg
But yeah, the wires do look pretty rough, as do some of the other parts. If I were you I'd atleast put in a few hours trying to find a replacement engine near by if you...
Looks great. I really like the wheels on there, I was probably going to do something similar just because it's a cheap fix over the sawblades. I have some wheels off my 98 Mustang GT that I was going to throw on the Supra instead of going out and buying some...unless I can find a cheaper set of...
Glad I could help. Your lucky I can't stand that color for the interior or I would have bought it. Hell if it would have been local I would have bought it too. Enjoy your build though...I will follow.
It's not the brightest idea to paint your interior, unless it's done by a pro. Which even then...why? The shadow grey is basically all black, or dark grey for that matter.
Yeah getting those back bolts was no easy task at all! But once we got the seat out it was just take it apart and put the new motor in, then put it back together. Tore the hell out of my hand trying to get the wrench on the bolt in the back though. All is well now though...
*UPDATE*
Well since the seat was fucked and I couldn't reach the pedals, I figure that's probably a good place to start. Well it was a bitch to get the seat out since it was stuck in the all the way back position so getting to the bolts in the back was well...it tore the shit of my hand...
Guess we will wait and see when he gets his patents to see what's under the hood.
People have had success before in making engines more efficient - only difference is the people just sell their stuff right over to the government and oil companies.
Car looks amazing.
Only thing is (I didn't read all 40 pages) I don't like the idea of verticle doors. I think it ruins cars when people do that. To each his own though - the car looks great.
*UPDATE*
Got the car today and cleaned the inside out a little bit. Tomorrow I will try to fix the seat so I will be able to reach everything. My brother drove it today (he can reach everything) and said it was pretty smooth so that's a plus - besides obviously the clutch. Car is cleaner than...
Don't worry it'll be done right.
And if I don't end up painting the entire car, just doing the bumpers, and fender...it will be even more fun.
Exhaust and downpipe will probably be the first things added after rebuilding what needs to be rebuild...and it will likely be custom.:icon_bigg
