  • Well good, glad you're enjoying it! Thats really weird about the water pump.... I mean, I replaced that not 3 weeks before you bought the car, lol. Oh well. An LS1 would definately be interesting in that car, and awesome! Although just some bolt-ons would be great, also.

As for the Mustang, the newer ones you are talking about are great cars! I worked for Ford for awhile, and I honestly wouldn't mind picking up one myself one day.
Sorry for the wait on response, I've been busy with school.

It's been good, fixed the A/C and finally got the car to overheat. Found out it was the water pump, and the rod inside it snapped. Which is pretty amazing that it would do that, but either way, the car is good now. I've kind of had a halt on where I want to go with the car. I'm tempted to sell my Mustang GT and buy a newer Mustang GT (02-04), which would kill any funds for the Supra for awhile. Other road is to do what I originally wanted to do to the car and just kind of add some mods that pretty much everyone puts on their car. Exhaust, boost controller, intercooler, ect ect. That's way is kind of add the bottom of the list since I want my Supra to be different than everyone elses, so the top of the list is to put an LS1 engine in it. Similar to what a lot of people have done to the RX7. It's not something you see....at all, and putting an LS1 engine would be a lot better engine than the 7m, and it'd kind of give it more of the muscle car feel that I'm used to.

But again, I think I'm going to hold onto the car for awhile and it's easily a LONG term project and probably won't be serious into doing much with it until I graduate from college unless I come across an insane deal on an LS1 engine. Overall the car has been great and it's been nothing but a joy for me.
