Well we have 12 Lenovo Z61 which we bought at work 8 months ago and lets just say we have had to replace 4 system boards already (not to mention recently we have had to wait 4-5 days each because they do not stock the part in the US.. and we have next day business service contracts :3d_frown:)...
Well I must say I am impressed by the information presented about these BOVs in the videos... starscream, do you know of anyone besides you that is running this setup?
With your spelling the only thing that comes up is a video about how much everyone hates that guy, apparently he made a fabricated comparison to Tial..? Everyone is saying he is very dishonest. Read the comments in this video.. EDIT: didn't know it would embed in my post.... um...
I was just sitting here at work and I got to thinking about this thread.. Is it possible for the ceramic to chip off over time? That would be a Very Bad Thing inside an intake pipe...
Just a thought.
I wouldn't say its much more complicated either.. That setup is what they call a voltage follower, its being a buffer between the two sides of the circuit.
Edit: referring to the first op amp.. didn't see the 2nd one until right now
I am examining my pipe very closely and I don't think that it is coated on the inside. It is definitely not coated inside the hose ports because it is starting to rust in the threads.
Yes the stock valve leaks, I think around 16psi? The Bosch valves from Porsches and stuff I think they are good up to 18-20. There are several models 103, 108, and 110. One of them has metal internals, I think it is the 108.
If you are doing any real mods just go with an HKS with the...
Sorry I don't know what RFL stands for, and further I am not sure what you are asking about the PSI for.. the BOV's job is to dump all the air out when you shut the throttle under boost.. it should never dump only some air or dump boost at a certain PSI, if it does it is broken..
Maybe I am...
I have a bunch of pics of my Cooleze here, assembled with turbo, AFM, and, filter.. might help you get a better eye for its size.
I will agree it is a bit small, but I think it will work just fine. I have not run it yet, I am still building (indefinitely?)...
Well I am just saying that one looks a good bit longer than the cooleze pipe.. I think that would be better to get it closer to the cooler air. The other difference is the lack of threaded hose ports on that one, which is more of a convenience issue than anything.
It looks nice, but the...
LOL!!! That's funny because thats where I was trained on the art of free mods from 2000-2001 when I had my 1992 AWD Talon.. ahhh the DSM scene....
I miss it now :( Edit: the car not the scene.
I have had a Cobra for many years and I love it. However the newer cobras seem to be cheaper (made) and much poorer at doing their job IMO..
Where are you in KY?
That sucks man.. our prayers are with you all.. what I heard on the radio was 54 dead in Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. They said it was the deadliest storm front with tornados in 23 years
That sucked... my roommate practically dragged me out of my bed around 1:30 and there were air raid sirens going off outside. I decided maybe I should get out of bed once I started comprehending what he was telling me. Around this time I looked out the window and the rain was sideways, I...
Regardless of the fact that the Search technique was clearly not used, there is no oil pan gasket according to toyota. The part number refers to using gasket-in-a-tube which is sold by toyota or any number of places. I would recommend The Right Stuff, available at most local parts stores.
