That's a great plan on paper.. I thought it would work too. My Baby Ninja 250 gets 55-70 mpg but the insurance costs even on a 250 pretty much blow any savings out the door if not exceed it. :(

No, 7m idle oil pressure is only rated at 4 psi. Not an issue. (I am sure someone will correct me if n/a is different but I know this to be true on turbos)

Just make sure its aluminum. Unless what I read was incorrect, it has to be made from the same material as the head.. I don't know.. from what I have been reading its a lot of R&D for a shop to develop one, so I don't know what all goes in to it.. but thats why no one has one or will make one...

This is fine for modest boost as long as it is torqued properly and such, for 12-14 psi.

Same here, you never know what kind of garbage they had hiding in there in the form of nasty spyware/trojan/rootkit.. whether intentional or otherwise. I wouldn't trust anyone these days.

You have a machinist available to do that part of the work I am assuming or are you just offering the building service and want everything shipped to you ready to build? I wonder how much it costs to ship an engine?
