i had a turbo get starved of oil somehow? dont ask. do guys think the metal from between the shaft and bearing got in my motor? i would say ya. i drained my oil immediatly after this happened so it maybe only ran for 45 minutes.

my car started idling like crap and dying, so i unplugged my afm and it idles fine. does that means its bad? would this have anything to do with me not boosting 7psi with an intake and 2.5 in exaust?

i raced a 01 ss camaro but it was only threw 2 gear. he walked on me alittle but not as bad as i thought he would have, especially since i am basically stock. just thougt i would share.

ok i have 2.5in exaust and intake. i cant seem to get my car to boost over 5psi in 2 gear . so i shimmed the wastegate with 4mm i think. i thought maybe the spring was weak. i didnt really do anything, until i got into third then it went to 8 psi. i read that you dont always build full boost...

im sorry guys, i know i have seen a thread about this already but i couldnt find it. my car idles at 1100 once its warmed up and i want to know what its supposed to idle at. can someone point me in the direction of this old thread or i will have to start a big long annoying thread.ha ha.

how do you guys normally get all the oil out of your spark plug wells. any tricks? my valve gasket is leaking oil in there and making car miss and dye on idle. just thought i could see if you guys could save me any hassle when i fix it tommorrow.

hey guys why exactly does the car have to be in diagnostic mode to set the timing? how much can it affect your timing if you dont have it in diagnostic mode when you set it?

i had mdc rebuild my turbo, but now when i accelerate just normally i can really here my turbo in my exaust. i dont know if anybody else has experience this but i dont really have anything to go off of. i havnt owned any other turbo car or riden in one. it sound cool. can you guys here this too...

ok, at idle my car reads zero boost. i have searched but i cant really find my anwser. i know its probably vaccum leak or hose hooked up wrong, but i cant really find it. i know i have seen this problem on here but i cant remember. ?

how many of you guys are cnc operaters? What do you run and how much do you make? I run a citizen swiss lathe(sweet machine) and i gross alittle less than $700/week.
