Ge will def get you into the 400 area with ease on the stock electronics. Not sure if you'll run into some clearance problems w/ the gt35r but searching at either forum listed above should give you your answer.
A guy got it working on supraforums, he custom welded two "bungs" for the Cam angle sensors and just added a TT oil pump/ IS 300 oil pump for the Crank Sensor and hard wired it to his ECU.
If you really wanted to do that you can just buy a TT head/ 1jz Head with Harness and have Dr tweak...
Sorry to bump the thread but can you guys not use stock mechanical 1jz/2jz Fans? Its been proven and even on the Nissan Boards there's a sticky where they did a test on it and proved the stock mechanical fan setup cools the best.
You see the harness is the REAL KICKER in the 1jz swap/2jz Swap because its not a plug n play option- your going to have to wire up your dash acc, Fuse block comp.,Power inputs/feedback to/from ECU unless you go the 2jzge route and use 7m Harness/electronics. There are a couple options by doing...
Just make sure you know what "car" 1jzgte you get- that could make a good deal turn sour real quick. Nobody's mentioned this but look at it long run; the 1jz parts are getting harder and harder to find (supply n demand) and jacking up 1jz prices which is good if you have a 1jz but not so good if...
2jzge- you can use the 7m turbo electronics and it will plug n play like you mentioned. All the guages will work if you swap over the 7m sensors/switches to your 2jzge motor.
2jzgte- You can plug everything up to your engine n ecu but you'll still need power, IG S/W, Main Rel, and other...

I understand most of the right side of the connector, which is pretty common sense but the right-middle connector is pretty much useless. Just curious if others had to leave that many wires out as well.
Also that second link seems like its wiring up a supra 1jz harness, mine is very different...
I've searched and can't find a recent diagram stating what these wires go to.

If anybody can point me to a soarer wiring diagram. I'd gladly take it or know of somebody selling em. It seems these pins are the ECU Power Wires , main relays, and other connector for ABS/Traction. Not sure...
craiglist.org does wonders- Got laid off on St. Patty Day and found a couple jobs that paid decent
check it out!
and you can "provide" alcohol under the age of 18, you just cant serve them. I had a catering job and messed with beers, wine bottles at weddings all the time.
I had one that failed too- even though mine failed in a strange way. Driving it regularly was fine but once i started boosting past 10psi the pump couldnt handle the extra pressure and just go completely lean. I could baby it to full throttle and it be okay; hammer it= straight to lean.
so why are we doing this again, not to be an ass but you had a huge problem over this on other forums. Why do you need the approval of others???
i guess am lost:aigo:
The only thing that matters is you like girl for xxx amount of reasons n thats all that really matters. Who cares what...
Sorry to bump a 1 month old thread but just got to thank everybody for this great clutch setup info since i'll be going that route in my s13.
But was curious if you guys figured out if you can avoid buying the tech2 crossmember and just "improvise" on the stock s13/14 crossmember. Since rumor...
