They disagree because if you plan to even remove a single head bolt you MUST loosen them all in precice order or risk warping the head, and yes it does happen.
So again DO NOT remove any bolt and swap it for a stud. If you do it, plan to replace a HG real soon.
dont forget to have the timing cover bolted to the block when decking it as well. And if you play on overszing the pistons install the timing belt tensioner adn torque it down to specs. it has a tendincy to pull on the #1 cylinder wall.
The front main seal and timing belt wouldnt do that. It was already there, your assuming becasue you screwed something else that it has to be related but they are not.
To answer your question either you have bent valves prior to this or REALY weak valve spings.
Just to the dealer and ask them how much do the charge to do a clear 3M mask for your front bumper plus your hood just past the headlights and even the leading edges of the fenders
