the turbo feed/drain line has to be completely flat on as well as the turbo. I had this happen to me and it wouldnt stop to i sanded down the flanges flat on both sides.
You should replace sub-frame bolts after they are removed. Ive seen it to many times wheres so much rust that the threads are all pitted away. causing it more likely to back off.
well if you unplug all of those things at once and it still blows its a dead short from wire to ground. If you unplug them all and the fuse is still good, try plugging things in 1 at a time till it blows then look at that
circuit.
That 2nd car posted should just be scrapped and its really hard for me to say that about any supra. If its that bad in the pictures you can imagine what hes not showing you.
+1 on this I just fixed my exhaust manifold leak last month = night and day difference in performance.
Found all cylinders except number 1 was leaking. allot of stripped studs and previous owners repairs had backed out.
