It's been virtural flowed in a 3D modeling program. There was less than 2% deviance between runners when virtural flowed with water.

There is a block welded on the backside with 5 1/8 NPT nipples and one 3/8 NPT nipple. I'm choosing not to run ISC for the moment being. Q45 TB.

Draw a free body diagram and you'll see. There has to be an ample amount of stress or else the car wouldn't twist as it does.

The point I was getting at is that the most effective targa brace will most likely completely defeat the purpose of taking the targa top off.

The ideal thing would be to connect the 4 corners together with a square and then place an "X" in the middle. The targa brace would also need to be put in a state of compression aka stretch the roof apart slightly. Steel will always be strong in a state of compression than in a state of tension...

IMO Gates makes the best water pump. Both the housing and impeller wheel are forged. There a bit hard to find but very well worth it. Only $80 ish too.
