    Best part of have 679nm of touqe?? lesser gear changes on the race track opposed to the 1jz :x: But will be interestind down the strip, we'll have to tee up the queensland supra club for both track day and 1/4mile.

    The reason he left it at 14psi because it was pinging.. due to having the timing at 15 degrees lol. Factory timing for 7mgte is 12! so once timing set to 10, he can boost it to 18psi and lean it out a bit more too :icon_bigg just wait till you get your twin plate clutch on, it wont slip...

    Well, ive been driving aroud with the standard computer with a FCD and it was more smoother down low, but with map ecu in anywhere above 3000rpm it seems to be pretty good.. so once i go back there i will need him to take out some more fuel... was a bit thursty comming back from brisbane...

    well here is the dyno sheet, so now i realise the timimg should be at 10, the pressure reg was set at 40. i was hoping for more hp. the actual power curve made was by the tune, didnt use a softener to make it *look nicer*. any more info or ideas would be great! thanks

    My dad has the same size wheels on his r33 skyline and it handles very well, so i thought i might go the same.. Aww i didn't know that! :( they look kind of strechy so i could have fit like 285 on the rear or something?

    Theres a place in america i bought the turbo from, it worked out pretty good! its all brand new, the front and rea wheels, all garrett internals, garrett shaft etc.. big unit! i had to get some oil lines made up and a flange or too.. and its just a oil cooled turbo aswell.. i have to get someone...

    well theirs some good questions! Ive found out that with about 6-8 psi boost with this turbo is just as powerful in comparsion when it got dyno'd. So the port work and turbo have made a bigger difference. Also im only pushing the car just under 1/2 throttal, so yet to find out full stick yet...

    Well its getting more closer! heres a couple more pictures, with the new 60-1 turbo mounted and the head placed on and all secured!! yeah that big red pipe is the oil drain, needs to be trimed... so not too far away!

    Hi there, yeah it was running at 13psi boost.. with no fuel computer.. only tuned with the pressure regulator! head gasket was going when it was dyno'd too. so with this new turbo, porting, mapecu etc and the head bolted on.. im hoping for over 400hp! ill have pictures every week.
