I have offten wondered this as well. My f-150 is a flex fuel truck, & I have used e85 in it. The only thing I really noticed is alittle more power & it gets even less gas milage than with 87 oct.

First off, Thank you for the reply! I pulled the radio out and found this red wire taped up: It looks like it may go into the back of the radio plug. Since to me, the top of the red wire appears to have a broken pin: But im not real sure where it goes. Sorry for the crappy phone pic...

Word on the street is that if you add 3 to 5 stickers to your car it will make up the horsepower difference. Ex. K&N filter sticker = 5hp easy! (must be displayed prominently to work)
