im running a w58 but if you could go r154 they are a lot stornger support more hp. mine is already going bad 2nd gears hard to get into and 3rd and 4th gears synchros are going out but besides that its been reliable if its not going to beaton on and your plans do not go above 300+ hp

bearing seal in turbo? maybe. mine only smokes on deccell and after sitting a while in traffic but mines form the bearing seal.

7M baby id choose that over 2j any day even though they cost more to build. but they still can make a good considerable amount of power.

well ive checked the clearences and they were all in clearance not saying they were but the mechanic said that so i went for his word maybe just worn shims?? lol im new to valves.

i have valve tick and could valve tick make a slight nocking noise in the head? casue i was listning very closely and could hear what sounded like it but i could only hear audiably in the head
