Ok thanks and I'm fine with it being a little quite but at high revs I want that supra sound man. And i want whichever exhaust gives me that. Without being overly loud. I thought the apexi sounded nice and all but the drager was quieter at idle which I liked a lot.

Can someone tell me how it sounds? Video? Or just from experience? How does HKS super drager sound on a 1jz twin cause only vids can find of it are on a 7m. Thnks guys

I am getting the R154 tranny because I need a new transmission and also because I plan to get a better engine. I just want to know which bellhousing I need to get, if any, that will fit my current engine (7MGE) and also the (7MGTE or 1JZ).

Got it down to a vacuum leak somewhere, could still be something else but when I re-route a vacuum line the heat works fine.

Ok I thought it solved the no heat issue but i was wrong. I can manually move the vacuum control lever on the engine compartment wall on the exhaust side for heat. but it doesnt move on it own when I request interior heat. Is there a vacuum line I have crossed up somewhere?

YEEESSS. I dont have ABS so scratch the white one. A little head standing and a mirror and I found the VSV. Solved my no heat problem too. So relieved!! A bit a valve tic still to resolve and the head gasket project will be done. Then on to paint, transmission, wheels, hmmmm??

I'll look into that, problem is I spent a good 1/2 day trying to find the other ends to those two. They are no where to be found...

All finished and it started right up, gotta put a timing light on it and mission accomplished. Got two left over electrical connections I just couldnt find. both on the lower intake side one brown one white. everything works that I can tell so maybe its part of the turbo that I dont have...

Ok got the head back on. Cant seem to find anywhere that tells me how to reposition the distributor assembly back after getting the cams at TDC etc. Thanks again, everyone has been great with all the help!!

My ARP bolt instruction sheet say to torque to 90....everywhere I read says 75...who should I trust???
