    Weird boost hesitation

A boost leak between the turbo and throttle body. Exhaust leak before the turbo will cause a lot of lag and you won't be able to hit full boost. A gasket could always fail or bolts aren't tight enough. Code 52 can cause hesitation like that because of the rich fuel mixture and retarded timing

89 7MGTE first start after rebuild squealing problem

You know you have to wait for the car to warm up before setting timing right?

    Help!! Intermittent dead cyl problem...

I'd check your injector since you said you have spark on cyl 3. I'd imagine it's shows you're lean since that cylinder is getting no fuel so it's just air coming out raising your afr.

    Bad TPS?

Yes but you can't set it until the car runs lol.

    Bad TPS?

It can. Sometimes it can be too retarded and won't run. Pull the CPS up will retard and pushing it down will advance. If you have the tps set correctly, I'd try moving the CPS a little up and down and see if you can get it to start. It's very common for people to be a tooth off.

    Bad TPS?

So has it been timed at all or has the CPS recently been taken off

    Bad TPS?

Have you checked to see if timing lines up? Put the cam gears at tdc and see if the crank pulley is at 0. Sometimes the CPS can be a tooth off and the car won't start/idle.

    Bad TPS?

Are you calibrating the tps by loosening the two screws and moving it, or by just using the throttle screw? You can't use the throttle screw to adjust the tps.

    Bad TPS?

If you aren't getting a resistance reading on anything then I'd suspect your tps is bad. Or you don't have the multimeter on the right settings.

Wont Idle and Code 52 after rewire

After you do the rewire you have to reset your codes. 52 and all but like 1 other code get stored in the memory. Pull the EFI fuse for 5 seconds and put it back and the code should clear.

BC 264 cams with stock ecu?

Yes you may want a piggy back to tune your wot though. I'm running bc stage 3 on a stock ecu but I run lean wot until I can install my standalone. I don't drive it running lean though lol just just noticed it was lean. It just takes some adjustments to get a smooth idle.

    Need help with my rebuild

It's going to move. You have to take the CPS out, line the gear up, set the crank and cam gears at TDC then stick the CPS in. Let it warm up and set timing

    Need help with my rebuild

I sounds like the CPS might be a tooth off. Did you line the gear on the CPS up correctly before sticking it in the head? Are you plug wires in the right order? The car will still run with code 32.

Another idle issue thread: sputters, misfires and stalls bellow 2000rpm.

After you did the rewire and calibration did you check for codes again to make sure they cleared?
