my sister currently has them and so does a friend of the family. Though my sister has just started maybe 5 months ago, I do notice a tiny change in them. As for the friend of the family not sure how long she had the invisalign, but her teeth are super straight and look good.
If your hitting fuel cut its for a reason. If the motor was knocking bad at 10psi you have a problem somewhere. Also I wouldnt turn the boost up to 14psi until you get some fuel mods. A walbro 255 fuel pump should be sufficient for that boost level.
lex maf is the same way as stock. It just flows about 25% more air so that way when you upgrade to 550cc injectors (which is about 25%) larger than stock....it balances it out. Running lex afm without either upgraded injectors or a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator can lead to a running...
is there black smoke coming out of your exhaust? how is the idle? Why dont you check the clamps and find out if there is one? Also how many miles are on that cat?

1) im pretty sure you cant change the spring in these bov's
2) if by some change you do have a spring change, you said you are running stock boost. Therefore if you have a 20lb spring the bov will cause you to have MAJOR compressor surge.
