Your gonna need a pcv valve or other check valve to the catch can or you will loose boost through the throttle port to the accordion hose.

Could just the be key turn sensor in the driver door, try locking and unlocking the passenger door and see if it activates the other door to lock and unlock. If the cylinder is bad for the key sensor it wont realize the key was turned and the alarm thinks it was jimmied.

Get a magnetic fender cover from matco or snapon. That will work.
