    milk shake oil

Are of the above are potential issues, but it won't necessarily show all the signs. Waterfall noises behind the dash is from air in the cooling system, white smoke is from coolant in the combustion chamber, overflow bubbling over is from over pressurizing the cooling system due to compression...

what member do you think has the nicest MKIII ?

That would be tekdeus....I'm pretty sure it's sold now though and I'm not sure to whom. I had the privelege of seeing the car in person on multiple occasions and it was drop dead gorgeous! In my opinion one of the nicest builds between the taste+style, comfort (including some custom interior...

Just replace rod bearings and go ?

It's possible, but it's a major pain. You end up having to support the engine from above, undo the mounts, and lower the frame to get the oil pan off. It's been done before when people haven't had access to an engine hoist, but in reality it's easier to pull it and work on it out of the car.

    oil in intercooler pipes?

This....rarely does a blown head gasket result in oil throughout the intake. Possible, but you would have to be pressurizing the crank case through a break in the gasket to an oil passage. If you have that going on you'd likely be seeing plenty of other BHG symptoms, not just oil in the intake...

    Project Head Swap

It was machined by the previous owner less than 7,000 miles earlier, I just cleaned it up and it was perfectly fine for 20,000 miles over 2 years while I had it after the job. If it hadn't been done so recently no question I would have had it machined. This is not the way I'd normally...

    Over boosting

You should be able to hear the wastegate opening/closing if you apply air pressure to the line running to the actuator. It should be open ~6 - 7psi if it isn't shimmed from stock.

    BOV Flutter Sound

This. Most of the time what you've described is compressor surge which over time can lead to shaft play and a very unhappy turbo.

Engine stalls after Acceleration?? New iacv

I'd test it with the BOV recirculated personally first. I had stalling issues between shifts like that when my recirculation was LEAKING, not to mention not there at all. Beyond that double check all the vacuum lines and make sure they're all secure and none are torn or leaking. Check your...

recent rebuild now top end "tap"

Realistically it's hard to diagnose most engine noises properly with the car sitting there beside you running, not to mention over the internet with a video that nine times out of ten is from a phone. The OP has pinpointed the noise already with a stethescope (or in this case a rubber hose) and...

Changing my head gasket, me asking for your help while doing this

Could be numerous other things as well from valve clearances to piston slap. Engines aren't designed to run optimally cold, especially performance ones. The clearances may be on the loose and as you mentioned earlier, the oil does take more time in colder weather to get to where it needs to...

    oil in intercooler pipes?

The intercooler just happens to be the lowest point in the system so it collects easily there. Have you had any issues with the dipstick getting pushed up? Check to make sure your PCV is hooked up correctly, otherwise it's usually a sign of worn rings.

recent rebuild now top end "tap"

The cams/bearing caps almost always look scored on 7M's. It's typically a case of "looks worse than it is" but no harm in checking while you're in there. Cam wear specs can be found here: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=EM&P=48

recent rebuild now top end "tap"

If you've traced the loudest point to a specific area in the head I would doubt it's bottom end, but it's not much work to check either. Use the same technique you did on the top end but on the oil pan/side of the block if you want to be sure. I'd still start with checking the valve clearances...

    painting the turbo compressor housing

I had a VHT flat aluminum on my turbo and it worked great....until a coolant line popped beside it. The paint didn't like that so much....had all sorts of spots on it where the coolant landed on it even after cleaning it up. Just saying if you go with the VHT paint don't expect it to hold up...
