I'm guessing the .134 wall is hrew tubing?
If so, I would def go with the DOM tubing. Even though the wall thickness is thinner, DOM is much stronger than HREW tubing. I tubed my truck with 1 3/4 .120 wall DOM, it's actually pretty strong shit. Especially when triangulated/gesseted.

Worthit? Not IMHO, you can get a DIY set that'll replace all pipes for the same price, plus the cost of clamps and REAL couplers. Those rubber couplers suck ass.
Not a bad deal for 700. Besides it needing engine work, it looks like it could use some tires, paint and a few interior pieces, but otherwise it looks to be in pretty damn good shape. What are your plans with it?
