Hmmm... Well to answer your question first question. The "won't idle when cold" problem is usualy the TCCS coolent temp sensor, or THW sensor. When the cicuit is open, (sensor disconnected) the ecu reverts to a base coolant temperature of ~170 deg f. Until the coolant temp is actually that hot...

If you go to a radiator shop, you can get some radiator paint, and it is also heat transferrent. It actually improves the efficiency of any heat sink/exchanger.

I mean adjustment points for rpm based boost, etc... The E01 and AVC-r have great abilities at varying the boost throughout the rpm range to optimize traction, etc... The MAFT-pro has a fewer number of adjustment points, but if you just want 12 psi. you should have no problems with the pro.

How's your CPS wiring look? Is the fuel pump turning on? Do you have spark? I'd check those things, as well as follow the link from Bishop. -Jake
