Uhh O! What happened? Flywheel? clutch? tranny?

I'll bet its the pivot point on the clutch fork, I had mine break the bolts that holds it down, and it did the same thing...

    A/C removal?

It's a SUPRA. "everything else is just transportation" "go fast with class" "I smoked your civic and the AC was on" "hey hot lady on a hot day, want to ride in my comfortable, air conditioned supra?" None of these timeless supra quotes work if you yank yer ac out. ;)

    Wheel question

yeah, but even my 43 mm jza 70 wheels are noticeably further inboard with 245s on the back. I'm speaking from experience. 11mm is exactly 7/16, so we can compromise ;) mkiv rims work because they are an inch wider up front, and 2.5 wider in back. With a 7 inch wheel, it will look "odd"

Cam journal & bearing damage... is this repairable? (pics)

Yeah, most neglected 7ms look like that, and run fine. I do believe that loose cam tollerances are one of the culprits for low oil pressure in 7ms though...

    ihi rhe7 turbo

RHE7, eh? Well, according to Isuzu, both the IHI-RHC7 and the IHI-RHE7 are used in the 600 CI diesels and put out about 615 ft-lbs of tourque at 1400 rpm in that application. My guess would be that the E7 has a slightly larger exhaust wheel or some small change like that. What is the cm of...

    FCD installation

87T, Do whatagainst suggested but turn it slowly, in increments until you can just drive the way you want to without hitting fco. By modding the stock afm, you can push fco up to at least 14 psi while still maintaining the FCO function as a fail safe.

    Making the throttle react quicker...

On stock cars, that's the plenum filling before the charge reaches the valves. That's why I'm fond of an open surgetank and individual tbs.

    Wheel question

17X7 will have problems. While you may not rub, you're going with a stock width and sucking the rim in 11mm. That's ~ 1/2" further inboard. It just won't look right without at least a 10mm spacer (which will need longer studs)

Technically, that would be "main knock" ;)

i need my car running by tomorrow...

True, but checking timing will tell him if the exhaust cam is alligned properly. In order for the engine to be timed properly, the intake cam should rest with the trough between the match mark and the tooth to the left of it on the matchmark on the head, and the exhaust cam should rest with the...
