The 32, 35 set would be better for you then that way you will not need a roll. Depending on how low your car gets when it is compressed you can get away with not rolling in the rear. You might need it though.
Rotors are easy to change. just need to take the calipers off and that is only 2 bolts. As for rotors stay away from slotted and drilled unless they are high quality because the drilled part tend to crack. I would run Brembo Blanks, they are basically oem replacement which are i think $70 each.
You will probably have to roll. Actually I am pretty sure you have to roll. Also what tire size are you thinking of running? because anything larger then a 255 in the rear will probably stick out.
