I think the wastegate is staying open . SP staff told me I might need to add preload to the spring. I added about 1/4" of preload on the actuator rod but still only boost to 4psi base boost running on the wastegate spring. SP told me I should add more preload to bring my base boost to 10 psi...

The stutter problem was a bad Maf sensor but that's fixed. The boost issues is not fixed yet. On the dyno even when the boost controller set at 1.3 bars (18.8) psi , I don't get more than 12 psi. It spikes to 16 by 3800 rpm but then goes to 12 as the rpm's increase. I dropped the downpipe...

I worked on the car this weekend. The car cranked and backfired. But still no codes. I knew this symptom was from a Cps problem I had before. I disonnected the cps and got code 12. Reconnected it and it started . I guess the plug-socket connection must have been bad. I am so happy I got it...

IMO 17x10.5 with a 20 + ET is tough to fit on the supra. I am guessing it will stick out and look absurd.

Did you also have the staggered setup on the maroon car?

The car's set up? It is an 89 hardtop no AC and gutted interiour. I have eibach springs and Tokico blue shocks and ST sway bars and custom links. The engine I have forged pistons and shotpeened rods and HKS mhg and ARP hardware. Turbo is SP61 currently running 10 psi on low boost. thanks Alex

Thanks for the pix Rob. I think the front 17x9 +24 fit fine but not sure with the rear 17x10.5 +20.
