Minute here guys. I definately don't have what's shown in the picture, then again I'm 100% sure I do have ABS. Maybe ABS itself is located in different spots depending on the year, mine is 89.
Why I'm so sure I have ABS - It's winter in here and tons of snow and Ice, when I brake on Ice or snow...
Hi Guys,
I've searched this forum but can't find anybody using water injection.
Anyone?
I've googled it a bit, it reduces intake/outlet temperatures quite alot, any experiences?
It's quite easy to make one yourself, I'm just wondering if it's worth it eg. is there any power gain of it...
Hi,
Anyone used one of these? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SUPRA-HONDA-XS-POWER-ELECTRONIC-BOOST-CONTROLLER-/330528428326?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4cf5079126
They are with quite hood price, would like to get some feedback whether they are also good and reliable...
Hi,
Im having trouble finding a webpage where was shown which capacitor has to be removed from the dash block in order the stock boost gauge to be more precise/faster. Please help me out guys :icon_bigg
So can anyone approximately tell how far away from the turbo I can put the MBC?
I currently have set it near my air filter, so both rubber lines are about 30cm long. Seems ok, what do you think?
Hey all!
I have a 89 7M turbo manual. I wanted to install a BOV but many say that between shifting engine goes rich and dies, same time many say they have no issues at all.
What would happen, if I disconnect my stock BPV line that run's back to the intake before turbo? Isolate the line on...
Im planning to use plastic "stiff" vacuum lines when getting to interior, so they wouldn't "bend" and not let boost to move freely...Will I be safe then?
I didnt want to make a new thread so im posting my question here.
Can I just use longer vacuum lines in order to get any of these MBC into the cockpit?

Thanks for the info guys.
But still, im seeing quite many threads wherein people afterall do have BOV's on their supras, and no piggybacks or MAP's what would prevent their engine to go rich...
Also, could anyone give any ideas about the cats?
Hey all, As I've heard, it's not easy to install aftermarket BOV to 7M-GTE, because engine will run rich between shifting and may even die.
So I decided I should get myself the Bosch BPV http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-0280142110.php
I know that someone(probably quite many) from you...
In another thought...If I raise boost, my ECU understands it and still makes correct air fuel mixture?
Because, If we raise the boost, the wastegate doesn't open that early, and because of that, the engine also takes more air in...and the AFM also reads it...Am I correct?
