mine came with high spring rates, they were on a track car so mine are rough. Unless you are getting a great deal i say just buy the teins. I love my coils and they are rare, i mean they retail for like $2400 i think, but yea the time and the money your gonna spend just put that towards new coils.
What you have to do is get the top part of the 7m compressor where the lines go hooked up, and change it for the one on your 1j. The stock lines will work. you will just have to grind down your power steering bracket to allow it to fit. If you dont have the stock lines I have a spare set I can...
yea this car seems to like the cheaper plugs to the iridiums. Really the iridiums are just meant to last a gazzillion miles, but the copper plugs should give you a more powerful spark.

Ussually if your BOV is not sounding as loud its ussually a loss of boost, but as different BOV's have different sounds is one of your first gen BOV's...
