Hey IJ,
Well went to the machine shop and they are suggesting that I deck the block..... They are saying .007 - .010" What do you think? The reasoning being is the stock gasket wear in the block (132XXXmiles). I will of course be running a MHG but should I let them do that and go with a thicker gasket or leave the block? They are going to check the head, hopefully tomorrow, and basically I said if the head is going to have to cut and I am going to have to thicker gasket anyways then do the block but just wanted to see what you thought.
