On the stock oil cooler system there is a banjo bolt that connects the return line from the oil cooler to the pan. Did you just plug that up with a new crush washer and reuse the banjo bolt then? Also....did you mount your oil filter with the threads down? Meaning when you unscrew it oil spills...
