like hvyman said use the key in the passenger door left to right 3 times ending with a lock position. then go to drivers door and unlock it. the electric door lock sensors tend to go bad also which causes alarm problems.
if that isnt it the wiring for the alarm should be right next to the fuse...

i start the vehicle and it dies after 2-3 seconds
then throws a code 14-igf signal

i've had the same squeak....check your rack n pinion grommet halfway across the rack closest to the passenger side of the car, my grommet was in pieces and was what was causing my squeak that sounds just like that with the same steering wheel movement, unfortunately didnt realize it was a simple...
checking back in with update on that, turns out my new steel shaft wasnt vibrating even though it feels like it was, it was the tires out of balance! try new alignment and balance the tires, then go for a 85mph run and see the difference
okay so instead of arguing about wither or not to use a tool i need some major help. wasted money on new strut mounts thinking they would come with the rubber circular "spring seat" that the spring sits on that fits in between the strut mount and the spring, cant get it from local parts stores...
