Because scrapyards will give you a few hundred $$$ for the price of the scrap steel. Unfortunately, that's more than what most MKIII owners are offering; and more times than not, you'll have trouble giving the shell to someone just for the cost of them hauling it of your yard.
I'm scrapping my...
I'm not sure what the part number is, but I'd sell the Tundra clutch that I have pictured in my above post if someone were to throw some $$ my way. ;)
That said, I was so impressed with the Tundra clutch, that I ended up buying a brand new GTE clutch from Champion Toyota not long after buying...
I STILL have the same Commodore 64 that I've had since I was 8 years old!
The only way to make this package better, would be for them to make the media drive be external, and put it in a 1541 drive housing. Then you could have the C-64 hooked up to your trusty 1541 drive!

Green IS the Tundra clutch. I have one sitting on a shelf in my garage. With the Tundra clutch, the fan sits just a hair closer to the radiator; but there's no clearance issues when using one on the Supra.
Here's a pic of the Tundra, GTE, and GE fan clutches sitting side by side.

I love my Supra in the snow! Tires are EVERYTHING. For winter driving, I run stock sawblades and Yokohama IG20's; and I have NO problem driving my Supra in northern Michigan snowfalls.
If you're having problems with your Supra in snow, get some better tires.

I bought the Tanabe, and I'm glad I did. Best money I ever spent on the exhaust, and fitment was perfect! It has NO drone when you're traveling at highway speed, and is impressively quiet for the size of the exhaust. Just make sure you have a turbo back down pipe to take full advantage of the...
If you have oil in the plug galley, and your valve cover gaskets aren't leaking; your most likely culprit is the 3rd cover (or spark plug galley) gasket. Yes, that strip of metal that covers up the spark plug galley is a gasket. I believe a new cover gasket from Toyota is around $35.

^^^ Agreed. Listen to IJ, as he knows what he's talking about!
You DO NOT have to fill a torque converter before installing a tranny. The tranny pump will fill it. Listen to the advice you were already given in this thread, follow the steps given to you; and you'd be driving the car already.
Can't find the pics right now, but here's two links to threads with people who have seen the element break apart.

Not me. I've seen pics of an HKS that broke apart, and then got sucked through the turbo.
I'd sell both of those filters to a ricer, and use the money to buy an Apexi or AEM DryFlow.
