My 88 was originally a NA. One of the two previous owners swapped in a 7MGTE. Plus one of them welded the rear end. Little bit annoying at times, especially slow turns.

Anyone have an idea on about how much a running 7MGTE is worth? Only issue is it developed a tick. Mileage on it is unknown. Or would it be better to part it you? Trying to sell some things to pay for a 1JZ swap.

So I have my Jeep up for sale, and am looking into a 1JZ swap for my 88, when it sells. What are some good reliable sites to order through? Never bought a full engine/trans setup before, well at least not online. Any to stay away from?

Still trying to find and fix my boost leak. Not spiking anymore luckily, but it's not holding. Get up to about 13ish or so then drops off to around 7-8ish. WOT it holds somewhat, but still drops. Perhaps I shouldn't have bought a cheap boost controller off of eBay, to replace the cheap one that...

Fixed my oil leak, which was caused by the dipstick. Also replaced my feed line. So I shouldn't be leaking any oil finally. Have to check in the morning when it's light out for any spots. Also found out why my wideband was acting up. PO had the wires just taped together, and the tape let go...

Whats a good/fair price for a w58, 7m bellhousing, rear driveshaft, and pedal assembly? Was going though neighboring states on craigslist and found someone selling a w58 for 150, and will throw in the other stuff for a total of 275. This a good deal?
