i mounted it on the rebar bolts. but these tow hooks aren't really good for towing purpose, LOL if you can find tow hooks that are used on race/drift cars then id use those. ive pulled a TL with one and it just snapped right off.

i ran solid mounts on my built 7M i didnt really notice my of a difference. maybe that's cause my car ran rough in the first place lol. It's not as bad as people say they are.

you wouldnt need to go megasquirt, theres alot of info in running aftermarket chips. like the WarChip, turner, and a few others. bmw boost have been tested a bunch of times on BF.c but it all depends on how people want spend there money in the end.

i would have to agree with shaeff, it would be alot cheaper running and m5x motor then doing a 7M/J motor, the fab work for a 7M will go over your budget. if you'd want to do a m5x swap you can get m50 vanos motors for so cheap these days. but if you want comparable power to a S5x motor you...
