The XS Super70 has a 61mm compressor wheel, the one you have is clearly bigger. To make it more backwards, some people ordering the XS 2jzgte T61 kit were getting a 69mm (most call 70) turbo instead. There is more information on clubna-t.com

On the water neck green 2 wire sensor. Running stock ecu? Are there any piggybacks?

Try it with the EFI sensor unplugged. It will be hard to start cold, but should work acceptable when it's warm. I ran without the EFI sensor for a month or so until I found the problem. If the problem still exists, then you know it's not the EFI sensor.

No engine updates, but finally took an in car video of the HKS exhaust. It's very quiet, even with the test pipe. The revs keep going up and down because the road was wet and 2nd gear was not very happy. The squeaking is the pedals, they were all wet.

Good question, I have 2 FCONs, D and E type. One doesn't work, I wonder if it's because of the "wrong" type rom. I'll have to do some swapping to see what happens when you switch them.
