Silver 2003 Chevy Cavalier 2-door 5-speed. I bought it in April 2005, soon after I got to my first duty station in the Marine Corps. It was a nice little car, but fairly gutless.
How could you even utter such blasphemy to suggest that you didn't like a 1st generation Celica? Unless this was when these cars were new and you were old enough to have enjoyed American cars when they had nuts, I don't understand how you could dislike the Celica... Hindsight though, ain't it a bitch?SuprA70;1786044 said:
Just like that one, same color too. Hated it when I had it.
Now I wish I could throw my 1J in and really do it up :naughty:
My brother has a similar story about a stock S10 going up Potato Hill at Moab's Jeep week from a few years ago. Guys with these dedicated trail rigs had trouble doing what one nutjob with a stock, exhaust-removed S10 managed to pull off.LunaVyohr;1786155 said:1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. Thing was a total heap, but it was just plain unkillable, and it would go places stock that I've seen lifted trucks have more trouble getting to.

Except mine had filler on the front drivers side fender, and the passenger side fender was a badly fitted pattern part in primer. The door on the drivers side didn't work and i didn't have a key to unlock the fuel filler cap. Had a blown headgasket, and had mayo in the crankcase - like, full on eggsplosion (punny, no?). Still, for £50, i couldn't complain. Drove me to and from work for over two weeks before i ploughed it into a tree...cheaper than a travelcard!
