Is my Crank Pulley/Harmonic Balancer bad?

so how's the car look? does it look decent?

Needs some more pics of the inside and closer pics of the body , down along the sides to see if there are any dings or dents.

Like JJ said you might luck out. You know " sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't.
