It should be 0.000% BaC when in charge of a car.

I agree 110%

As I posted earlier, being "only" 0.05BAC makes you twice as likely to have an accident. What's good enough for P platers should be good for the entire population.

2 people I graduated with
My next door neighbour's son (who was 3 years older than me, I'm 22)
My cousin and her twin 4 year old daughters (on new years eve)
5 people I went to highschool with

All off the top of my head, that were killed when motor vehicles were combined with alcohol.

So, anyone who thinks there's any way to justify drinking and driving can fuck right off.

my dui charge has been reduced to neglegence!!!! whooo!!!! best news ive had in a while. and im very aware, I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND DRIVING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! so i dont need to hear that lol

how have others DUI cases turned out?

not sayin im any better but atleast i was sober,

i tend to nail it in third while climbing hills some times, and a cop watch me go from 30-74, he claimed i went to 90 but gun stoped, either way i was wreckless.

i couldn't get it droped reduced or any thing, i think the only thing i got was 2 days off my work crew.
