15psi i still to low for the turbo he is using to hit fuel cut maybe a t78 but not a 57trim ct26 ....... Its not moving that much air. Is the adjustment screw backed all the way out? How much vac are you pulling at idle. Whats your fuel pressure at idle?

20 mm/hg at idle and 46 psi fuel pressue. the screw wasn't backed out all the way for the dyno but it makes no difference... however i had fuel cut at 15 psi also with a 62-1 ct-26.

Your base fuel pressure is at idle when the car is at op temp reads 46psi????? Thats a pretty high for a lex afm and 550 combo ..... you should be around 28-30psi and you should be pulling fuel out fuel between the ranges of the 3000rpm to 5500rpm (+/-) ...... It doesnt sounds like you know what your are doing. What is your a/f ratio at WOT? Your car should be beyond pig rich what are all your performance mods?

wideband should be your first mod, without knowing how rich/lean youre running you can blow your engine easy. best 200 bucks spent if youre going to be tuning your own setup

I have personally had a Dyno's WB read a full 1 point different than my car's WB.

Example, during my last dyno session, the Dyno's WB read 12.3 and my in car WB read 11.3.

A WB is a MUST!

In addition to the wideband and tune you say you are going to do, keep it on the low boost until you do. My car is the same way right now. I have it at 12-13 psi, when I think 18-20 is going to be awsome.

There's only so much a CT, regardless of trim, will give you and from the HP list data, you're close to the max at that psi.

I have the Boss Jr in 57. The exhaust housing is .58 with a bigger wheel. And the compressor is in its sweet spot at 18. According to Greg at LIPP.

When I get my maft pro running on my car soon I plan on dyno tuning and on 15 psi I will be at or a tad above 400whp, most people can do this with the 57 trim ct as DRG said...it is all about the tune.

We are talking about two different turbos. The Boss Jr. is not a CT26 w/ the 57 Trim upgrade.

To ‘safely’ break 400whp at 15 psi with any turbo is not easy to do. The dyno is the not nicknamed “The Heartbreaker” for no reason…

I hear some hearts breaking…

If you're hitting fuel cut that means lots of air is going through the AFM, which might mean you're running lean, making more power than normal which is dangerous. I'd at least recommend getting an SAFC and a quick dyno tune, and get a wideband later if you're tight for cash. My car was very reliable for years at 15psi on my 57 trim and a basic dyno tune with SAFC.

My old 57 trim did 350 at 15psi and 393 at 20 on 104 race fuel. It really runs out of steam above 15psi. 15, 16, or 17psi all felt the same on my old setup.

Very true but that changes if their is a boost leak .....
