Still working on it. Waiting on the machine shop to get my output yoke and slipshaft done. With no slip yoke on the trans and a solid rear axle Im using a slip enabled Dana driveshaft thats shortened and all that stuff. Gettin close!!

Thats a sweet starlet..... seen rotaries, sr20 3tcgte, but this is the first 2j in a starlet ive seen. Nice workmanship.

Took it out sunday for a quick drive to test the transmission and all that with the stock rear end still under the car....lasted 30 seconds and about 5/32 of tire tread lol. When this thing gets to about 10 psi its just a smoke show. Well time to put this narrowed Ford 8.8 with an auburn locker and moser axles to work!!

Well fellas its been a fun ride but I sold the starlet today The new owner is finishing it and promised to update the thread. Thanks to everyone for their support and information. I can easily say that this is the most friendly and accommodating forum I have ever been part of. I got back into playing music and any time I have free Im either practicing or playing and just dont have the time to finish it.
