no, the 7mge comes in the 89 - 92 cressida not 87. 87 is the mx73 chassis and has a 5mge. www.toyotacressida.met I also know a guy who has an 87 MX73 cressida and threw two rods through the block. It was a 5mge. check out www.toyotacressida.met if you don't believe me. and the mx83 cressida...

but the 7mge was only in the 89 - 92 cressida. 89 is the year the cressida chassis changed. mx73 is up to 88 and mx83 is 89 -92.

uhm, get an R160 from a mark IV....... if you have the money to have a 1000 hp motor, why not get a better trans and its 6 speed.

pfft turbos......... no, its a bone stock 7mge. well, not counting the shaved head, HKS gasket and arp studs due to a blown head gasket. other then that its stock. hp stock is 190 so i should be making like 175 now. what, its got almost 200,000 miles on it. i doubt it make 190 still :icon_razz
