Crazy that it can sustain 19-20psi. Thats cool i didn't think it could do it. I run my stocker at 16 and no problems for a few years now. They are tough mothers.

That is true im sure they had to put something there to keep out debris and water. They had good intentions at least lol. Ive bought a new one before it dried out and was useless pretty quick so I never bought one again.

This is how mine is mounted. Brent, Trim the rubber ridge off with a razor blade and it won't bulge up like that.

Makes it difficult to shift smoothly because of the moment it runs rich between when you hit the clutch. Thats my biggest complaint.

It does drip if you don't change it at least once in a while in my experience. When I say drip I mean you can just see little drop(s) of oil hanging on the pan

Wow thanks Jeff. They were both JDM engines for sure. So that must be it! I saw the whole block disassembled and all the parts spread out at the machine shop. No squirters.
