    Possible scam artist, Sean Oleary

I have a customer that ordered a front FSLI kit in red (I only provide those details because in 9 years of business no one has ever ordered that.) They paid with a credit card and it has taken a while to get the red calipers from Wilwood, (thank fully) Either way the credit card company has...

    Build thread 1971 240Z, 7MGTE, 487 RWHP

Thanks for the compliments. Like with all the stuff I make, if you can find 10 people that want them, I would consider it. Otherwise, its not worth the effort to make only a few. Meaning the price would be too high for only one set.

    Build thread 1971 240Z, 7MGTE, 487 RWHP

I decided to re-post an old build thread, to post a bunch of the photos of the work on my 71 240Z with a 7M-GTE in it. The previous forum that had this info posted on it died or radically changed format, which made these photos at this resolution completely unavailable. I have owned this...

Boost Films SFL - Smiley's 1095hp MKIII Supra Dyno & Cruise [HD]

No chances about it, we spoke on the phone for several days in advance to make sure I didn't miss him after driving so far. LOL, We marched in like Kings, and everybody seemed to know him It was lots of fun. I heard they were going to rename that place shortly afterwards, I think it was...

Boost Films SFL - Smiley's 1095hp MKIII Supra Dyno & Cruise [HD]

Just surfing, and came across this, Smiley is a long time customer, he builds a lot of customer vehicles, and he has purchased many sets of our brakes to install on customer vehicles. To bad there isn't a better photo of his brake setup. He is running our 6 piston 13.06 front setup now...

Wont go into gear, video inside

Sounds clutch related for sure. If you can shut the car off and put it into gear and then start it, its definitely clutch related. Beware, the car might lurch forward, because the clutch is not disengaging, so be prepared to stall it by applying the brakes. Basically your syncros are keeping...

Track Car Setup - Advice Needed!

Hey guys, with all this talk about brakes, please don't forget I am having a sale right now. Also I wanted you guys to know that I hold a special place in my heart for people that actually race their cars. If you guys have results, and photos of your car on the track, I would really like to...

    targa top seals

3M makes a wheel that removes pin striping and stickers, its quite consumable, (i.e. buy more than one) but it works well without destroying the paint. I mentioned something a while ago, but it had many details, and did use RTV. I agree, if they aren't too expensive. Here is a quick repair...

    My new brakes from azp

Thanks for the kind words Rupinder. If no one noticed, Rupinder has one of our very latest 14.25 inch W6A kits on a MKIII. This kit incorporates the same 14.25" rotor as our previous 14.25" kit but uses the newer much bigger Wilwood W6A caliper. Im hoping Rupinder can shoot us some more...

    Best 1 piece driveshaft

+1 for my vote. How long did you run it for? In my experience all the people going for numbers this big are replacing so many parts on their cars, that they probably wouldn't put that many miles on it before they replaced it. I wouldn't think the aftermarket value of a composite drive shaft...

    My new brakes from azp

Its not that you can lock up the brakes once, its that you cant use the brakes more than 2 or 3 times from over 100 mph. Anybody that thinks their modified stock brakes are perfectly sufficient, try to stop you vehicle from 100+ down to 5 mph and back up to 100 and down to 5 mph, 3 of 4 times...

    My new brakes from azp

No problem, I guess most people dont understand what kind of investment in money and my personal time it takes to have such an expensive component ready to ship at a moments notice. I think so many people get wrapped up about wheels that they completely forget to check old OEM designs. There...

    My new brakes from azp

Thanks for the help Brad. I always thought it would be fun to keep 50K+ in brake inventory in stock so that everyone could jump through hoops to make 16 inch wheels work. You will need to decrease the size of your rotors to run a 16 inch wheel. Oddly enough the 12.9 inch rear kit fits under...

    LSD Rebuild?

Could you post a link here, to that thread so we don't have to go have to go looking? I suck at searching. Hell maybe it was posted earlier in this thread but Im too lazy to go look again. LOL. I agree 85 ft/lbs of breakaway is PERFECT!!!

    LSD Rebuild?

I know Nissan put the same diff that went in Z's and ZX's in the front of the trucks and turned it upside down so it was reverse rotation also. It was the only way to get cheap lower gear ratios as Nissan wanted over $800 back in the day for a Ring and Pinion. I never ran one for any length of...

Supra died on me and now won't start.

Glad you solved your Cam pin problem. Just go to a junk yard and get the washer off of any OHC Toyota, many of them are identical. I also wanted to tell you guys that I read this very skeptically, and thought to myself "That cant possibly be it". I called a friend and without mentioning...

    Mild suspension upgrade advice request

I agree with this dude. Not to mention the RUST!!! I grew up in MI and I love cars, thats really the whole reason I left. If you have never worked on a 20+ year old southwest rust free car you would be blown away at how well they are preserved. I would personally never drive a car like this...
