Anyone knows what this nipple is for? (marked with red)
It is at the bottom on the right side, if you look at the Throttle Body from the front.
It ''comes out'' of the hole that's marked with yellow, and it looks liked it gets ''blocked'' in the TB gasket (also marked with yellow). If you...

I'm in the middle of a 2jz swap in my mk3 supra, and I have a few questions...
Doesnt the mk3 supra have a ''oil level warning light'' in the instrument panel, or any oil warning lights at all? Is that the reason they have the oil pressure gauge in there?

The tuner said that i should drill and tap 1/8 NPT threads on the turbo-exhaust housing, so he could read the pressure there. So if i Understand you correctly, when the pressure i measure at the turbo is twise what the boost pressure is, then the housing is too...
Hey guys.
I just had a conversation with the tuner that is going to be mapping my car in about a month. And he said that we'll might have an issue with backpressure on the exhaust because of the small A/R of the turbo on the 2jz... So i wonder if any of you have any experience with that kind...
Hey, Ive spent some time searching for a wiring diagram for the 2JZ Oval style alternator and I found this on http://wilbo666.pbworks.com/w/page/39441708/Toyota%20Alternators:

Hello!
I'm currently swapping a Aristo 2jz-gte into my late 1989- mk3! And sending my old 7m-gte- and the 2jz harness to tweak.
And I'm wondering if the AEM 30-1100 V1 will work with the Aristo 2jz-gte without any modifications?
Also I wonder if it is a good buy; A used AEM 30-1100...
