Thanks for the replies. I forgot I had an extra rear axle with the bearings and everything so we switched out the axle. Didnt have to buy any new parts, just put some time into the labor.

The toyota guy showed me pictures- with the shoes and hardware it was $156 and change. I wasnt thinking about it, but I had an extra axle with all the hardware laying around so we used that. I ll order the shoes off ebay when I am ready. Another question- Does just one side have parking...
