If it's pricey wait around and try to find one cheaper. Someone that has 0 feedback may have just created a new account under a different name to hide any possible bad feedback on a past account.

Ya, if your making a major purchase I would deal with someone that has a good amount of feedback. It could be a dummy account, and they have nothing to loose. Someone with good feedback has earned it and rarely wants to blemish their record.

However, If I was buying a $6 cell phone charger I would throw caution to the wind

Maybe it was a wife & husband in a bitter diveroce and she was selling his new supra parts laying around the house.
