Yeah been through all the journal, rod, block reference numbers but due to the journals being on the limit or below across the crank, a 0.25mm undersize makes sense.
Toyota over here is likely to be $400 for bearings. Just needed to know the alternatives.
Done several searches but no supplier...
Rebuilding 7mgte over the winter. Head all done so stripped out a spare block to find crank needs a re-grind on mains and crankpins. Further examination revealed a badly worn crank pulley keyway.
Stripped down a second block. Keyway good but all journals down to a shade under the max allowance...

Now checked six turbos that i have kicking around here and all others have 10 fins. As i said it appears to be the same as any other ct26 apart from the extra fins.

Yes it is a ct26. Everything else is as std.
I thought perhaps it was a later turbo factory upgrade.
I will be bolting it on to one of ours just have to see what happens.
I have parted out a couple of turbos recently. During the process i found that one of the turbos has 12 vanes on the cold side where as all the others have 10 vanes. Also the tips appear to be white. Is this a ceramic coating?
