I've got my first quote, so here's how the pricing looks (if I get lower quotes elsewhere, I'll drop the price and pass on the savings ;))

Shipping and handling on the brackets / rings will be a flat $12. If you pay with PayPal, there will be a +3.5% fee as well (damn PayPal) I may seriously take an afternoon and look into doing this with Google Checkout, if possible.

0-10 orders : $260 + s/h
10-25 orders: $230 + s/h
25-50 orders: $210 + s/h
50+ : Haven't discussed yet.

Rotors will cost you about $80 locally. Fully loaded calipers are about $300. That means you can potentially have a full 13" front brake kit, for under $600, depending on how many people want in on this.

If you want to pick up the rotors/calipers locally that's awesome. If you'd rather I deliver you a box of goodies with everything you need (no trips to the store, yay!) then I will do that, too, with something thrown in for my time.

The brackets will be made from 4140 pre-hardened steel. I want NO chance of ever messing up these brackets, and I don't want aluminum under any sort of fatigue cycle. Brakes only get to fail once, guys, so I'm not taking any chances here ;)

The hub ring will be 6061-T6 aluminum.

Now, as for the brackets, we also have the option of POWDERCOATING! But, the machinist has to powdercoat ALL of the brackets (as a lot charge) so we need to decide what color they should be. Personally, I'm thinking of just powdercoating them black, or grey.

These are still ESTIMATES of the prices (as they could drop down at any time).

If you want in, sign up here. NOTE: If you run a shop, please note how many kits you want. Any shop ordering 10+ kits at a time, I think I can get another discount to (due to materials savings), so please PM me if interested.

Ask any questions you have HERE.

I'll take a set of the rings and brackets in two weeks, hopefully they get a little cheaper. This is a lot better than the night pager set up!!

Great work Doward!!!

Alright, this thread is getting closed. The official GB thread will open tomorrow in the GB section, as long as I have my quotes in tomorrow morning - this will finalize pricing ;)
