Fwiw the little ground wire on the coil packs has nothing to do with providing ignition. Couldn't have been your problem.

I dont know what it does, but the car was doing the exact same thing, I connected the ground and it immediately started i pulled it off and it wouldnt start, put it back on and it started again

well does anyone else have any good ideas at what it could be, the battery is out of charge but I am trying starting it with a jump and the jump worked the first time it ran

Does anyone else have any ideas, I just finished hard wiring the CPS and installing the new J-tube, so those two are ruled out. And to remind, all that changed from when it started to now not started was an oil change

Put the old oil back in?

Check the igniter ground it is grounded though the case so unbolt it and sand the inner fender ,then bolt it back on see if that helps. Jetjock has a write-up somewhere in the search files ,good luck and a high five for Jetjocks knowledge.

Sweet, I will try this, also I realize I should clean the spark plugs as before the oil change the oil levels were extremely high and could of soaked the plugs.... but if anyone else has any ideas feel free

UPDATE: I cleaned the plugs, cleaned all the grounds on the ingiter case and car, and I found a pretty bad wire on the harness that connects to the coil packs so I ended up just hard-wiring all of those wires. The car now starts every time.. There is also another wire that has come out of a harness I believe to the TPS, but I am getting no CEL or problems right now. I will take a picture when I get a chance
