DO NOT buy an HP DLP HDTV!
I work as an onsite service tech for a major contractor who services all manner and brands of consumer electronics. One of the products I have seen a rash of lately is these big screen HP TV's and let me tell you, they are junk!
In the last week I have worked on 3. Not one of them is actually working like new yet. I have had 2 defective parts sent as replacements, have been sent the wrong part twice in a row for one of them, and the other they sent a used part that while it fixed the original problem, created all new problems. Two of my customers are now on to the next level os support with HP and will likely get NEW TV's, but one customer is already on her 2nd set and now just wants her money back, and were not talking about a cheap TV here!
So.......dont buy one...you've been warned!
