I was just wantin' to be first to post in the new forum.
At the time - that's all I was woohoo-ing .... but now ....
I stopped by the shop after work today & saw my engine (or the pieces thereof) was back from the machine shop ... WOOHOO !! :eek3dance
I only wish I had the time (and patience) to put it all together myself!
I'm also happy to report that things are moving alot faster there, now that their main tech quit/got fired/whatever-the-hell happened to him. He was a good guy & all, but damn - I shoulda been outta there two months ago!
Who knows what the real story is, but I know the place isn't the same parking lot it was a couple of weeks ago! It's also nice to see the guys whose name is on the door gettin' down & dirty in the shop!
I'm hoping to be able to chime in on a thread I saw somewhere titled "who's maxxed out an SP61 turbo?" I think it'll do mid-600's ... we WILL see !!
