Wiring problem: lights won't go off...

I know this is a shot in the dark but I just started having this strange issue. My lights won't turn off; once they're on, they're on(unless I disconnect the battery, wiring, etc.) I have reason to believe it has something to do with the retractor relay.

Can anyone shed some light onto this?

Retract relay is only for retract.

The signal for the headlight relay goes through the retract relay.

OP Find the retract relay, and figure out weather these two wires have power or ground. With the headlights signaled off.

violet w/white
red w/yellow

and what are they with the relay unpluged?
