my brother bought a soarer/chaser 1jz off ebay. i didnt know the wiring harness would be completely different compared to getting a supra 1jz.

does anyone have a wiring diagram for this motor?
also, can i get a jza70 harness and put it on? i dont know if they made auto jza70s.

This motor is easy to wire. The only down side is you can't run the fuel pump relay with it since it uses an fpc in the chaser.

I wrote a quick and dirty guide of what things do in this harness. The guide is for cressida but should be helpful just find all the corresponding circuits in the mk3 harness then add any additional circuits you want to keep from the 7m harness is there are any? http://www.jzxproject.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=1981&start=15

If you can post a pic of the motor I can tell you which car it's from. What are you doing with the mounts/oilpan?
Good luck/

oil pans a rear sump, and i have mk3/1jz brackets. also the brackets that were on there are both the same size and the larger ones instead of one big one small
